Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales
Suzanne recently joined Reach Media Group (RMG) as EVP, advertising sales. Based at Reach Media Group's New York City offices, Suzanne is spearheading the leading place-based, video media company’s media sales efforts. In this role, she is responsible for managing the sales operations function and developing new advertising-related revenue streams.
Most recently, Suzanne was the president of the Digital Place-Based Advertising Association (DPAA, formerly OVAB) where she provided executive level strategic thought leadership, developed and executed strategies to grow the digital place-based media industry.
Prior to joining DPAA, Suzanne was president of advertising sales for The Hotel Networks, the leading provider of national cable networks and video-on-demand programming into upscale and business class hotels across the country. She also held executive sales positions at Hallmark Channel, Oxygen Media and Home & Garden Television, where she helped drive record sales growth.
A sought-after speaker on the subject of digital place-based media best practices, Suzanne was named a “Woman to Watch” by Advertising Age Magazine in 2009.
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob Martin is responsible for all aspects of market positioning strategy and tactical execution, and joins RMG with 17 years of advertising agency and media and ambient marketing experience.
Most recently, Bob was CEO at LevelVision LLC, a place-based media network with floor-based screens in over 300 college bookstores. Prior to LevelVision, he founded Bob Martin Media Consulting, an advertising & creative media consultancy in San Francisco where he developed high-impact, high-ROI strategies for his media vendor, agency and brand marketer clients. At the end of his 12-year tenure with Universal McCann, Bob was a senior-level media planning director and also led the agency’s strategies within the interactive TV, out-of-home and cinema advertising landscapes. Bob envisioned many ‘media-first’ programs and platforms, perhaps most notably the Digital Brand Experience corridor at JFK airport.
Bob was named a 2007 Media All-Star by Mediaweek magazine, he served as chief judge at the 2007 OAAA Outdoor Media Awards, and was a founding advisor to the Outdoor Video Advertising Bureau (OVAB). He is an alumnus of the SI Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
VP, General Manager, NYTimes.com Today
Donna Boyer is the Vice President, General Manager of the NYTimes.com Today Network for Reach Media Group where she is responsible for Reach Media Group's consumer experience and advertising products. Donna comes to Reach Media Group with more than fifteen years of product management experience at early stage startups and public companies.
Prior to joining Reach Media Group, Donna led Network Personalization at Yahoo!, where her team was responsible for delivering personalization, location-based targeting, and RSS feed integration across the Yahoo! network. In this role, she created the first unified platform across Yahoo! for geographic, demographic and real-time behavioral-based content targeting, growing user engagement and creating new revenue opportunities across the Yahoo! Front Page, Mail, My Yahoo! and additional Yahoo! properties worldwide.
Donna served as Vice President of Products & Content at DigitalThink (now Convergys), where she redefined the company strategy and relaunched the product portfolio. She has also held senior management positions at Personify and Hyperion Solutions, specializing in product rearchitectures and bringing new products to market. Donna has a B.A. in economics from Swarthmore College.
Vice President of Network Development & Operations
Luke Zaientz is the Vice President of Network Development & Operations for Reach media Group where he is responsible for targeting appropriate real estate, partnerships, physical deployment and uptime monitoring. He has more than fifteen years experience in operations, sales and strategy in transportation, distribution and media.
Prior to Reach Media Group, Luke was Chief Operations Officer for a regional pet supplies distributor, managing $120 million of sales and operations supporting chains like Petco, Wal-Mart and PetSmart and many mom-and-pop pet stores. In this role Luke oversaw an acquisition, geographic and product line expansion.
Luke has also served as Vice President of Operations at Britevision Media and built out the first national network for coffee sleeve distribution which included more than 5,000 partners in 40 cities, making way for a successful private equity exit. In earlier roles, Luke led logistics and strategy positions at United Parcel Service, Ryder Logistics and i2 Technologies. He holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and a MLOG from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
VP General Manager, Point-of-Care Network
Rick Granato joined Reach Media Group in March of 2010 and serves as VP/General Manager of the Point-of-Care Business Unit.
Rick brings with him 14 years of relevant experience and has helped develop and launch a number of physician-office based media programs available today. Most recently, Rick was CEO of Exam Room Interactive (ERi), a digital media and interactive patient education platform inside physician exam rooms. Prior to ERi, Rick was SVP of MediVista Media, a digital media company reaching consumers in physician offices and via the web. Rick also served as EVP Sales and Marketing at Healthy Advice Networks, the largest physician-office based media company in the U.S., and was VP-Sales at AccentHealth, where he helped build the Direct-to-Consumer Sales team. Rick began his place-based media career in 1996 with Snyder Communications, serving as VP of Sales and Marketing.
Rick holds a BA in History from McDaniel College and is a regular guest lecturer on marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship and business.
Vice President, Finance
Devon Schmucker is the Vice President of Finance for Reach Media Group. In her role, Devon works closely with the rest of the management team to lead in the development of strategic financial plans and business models. She also manages the day to day financial and accounting needs of the company.
Prior to joining RMG, Devon worked for Deloitte LLP as a financial statement auditor. While at Deloitte, Devon had the opportunity to work on the audits of several public and private sector clients including Northrop Grumman, Restoration Hardware, LECG, ViewSonic, CIM Group and The Gallo Foundation.
Devon has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, is a California Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
Vice President, Engineering & Network Operations
Daniel Kwong is the Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations responsible for technology development and adoption. Daniel is a seasoned executive with 25 years of management experience with industry leaders such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Juniper Networks, MCI, and Nortel Networks.
Prior to joining Reach Media Group, Daniel was the Vice President of Business Operations at Bada Networks responsible for the overall operations of the startup company. As a Vice President at Juniper Networks, Daniel managed a 400-staff global organization responsible for delivering security products contributing to the annual revenue growth from $300M to $500M in three years. At Cisco Systems, Daniel led product and solution management teams to bring network and service management solutions to market and leadership positions.
Daniel has experience in a wide range of technologies including web based applications, IP networking, network and service management, VoIP, interactive video, wireless infrastructure, and telecommunications. Daniel holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His graduate studies were sponsored by Lockheed Software Technology Center.
Vice President, Strategy
David joined Reach Media Group as VP of Strategy in January 2010. David works with the management team to help plan and realize the corporate strategy. His role includes M&A target identification and diligence, business development and partnerships. In an interim position he also oversees the Fitness Entertainment Network.
David joins Reach Media Group with 9 years of advertising, media and marketing experience. Most recently David held multiple, senior account management roles at IPG in Europe. These included McCann London and Ansible Mobile where he drove innovation and led emerging media initiatives for Microsoft and Virgin.
Previously he worked at Gyro: HSR, a leading integrated marketing agency in Europe and America where he managed a portfolio of consumer and business clients for the London, San Francisco and NYC offices.
David was educated at the Bristol Business School, UK.
