05/16/2016 — RMG Networks Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMGN), or RMG NetworksTM, a leading provider of technology-driven visual communications, announces its participation in CC Excellence 2016 in Berlin, Mülheim and München, Germany on June 2, 9 and 14 respectively.

The three-city roadshow is designed for contact centre experts to discuss and share their experiences with peers in a relaxing atmosphere. The event is open and free to anyone in the customer service and contact centre industry. Each event will consist of eight customer-hosted roundtable discussions featuring today’s most important contact centre topics. In every roundtable, one of the organiser’s customers will explain their implementation and provide answers to questions.

Roundtable topics will include targeted coaching methods, real-time customer resolutions, multichannel/omnichannel communication, improving contact centre room acoustics and other subjects relevant to today’s customer service environments.

RMG Networks will showcase its Intelligent Contact Centre solutions at the conference featuring InViewTM dashboard, which provides customised messages and performance metrics in real time to contact centre agents and supervisors to motivate and increase productivity, efficiency and engagement.
