Customer Contact Expo is one of Europe’s largest trade exhibition and conferences for the contact centre and customer service market. In 2014, it attracted over 5,000 attendees. The event is designed to bring contact centre business leaders and leading suppliers in the call centre and customer service industry together from all over Europe. 

RMG Networks will be exhibiting in the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) stand. The UKCCF is a contact centre thought leader that supports and brings together contact centres and customer service to address the latest issues affecting the industry. It also provides information and advice from industry professionals.

RMG Networks experts Jason Shave, Sales Manager, and Rosie Washbourne, Account Development Manager, will be showcasing the latest in intelligent visual solutions for contact centres.
