02/03/2016 — RMG Networks Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMGN), or RMG NetworksTM, a leading provider of intelligent visual communications solutions, announces its participation in upcoming CCW 2016 contact center event taking place February 23-25, in Berlin.

CCW 2016 is one of the largest events for the customer service industry in Europe with 7,600 visitors and 250 exhibitors from 21 different countries.

RMG Networks will showcase its Intelligent Contact Center solutions at the event, including the InViewTM desktop data visualization dashboard that makes up RMG’s Agent Productivity Scoreboard solution. Agent Productivity Scoreboard is a solution that reaches 100% of call center agents with customized messages and performance metrics to motivate and increase performance. Data is personalized by agent, manager or team and displayed in real time with automatic alerts to highlight metrics that fall out of range. 

Gamification solutions will also be on display demonstrating how real-time call center performance metrics can be ranked by individuals or teams to encourage friendly competition and increased productivity.  

RMG’s Intelligent Contact Center solution integrates with multiple third-party systems and data sources such as ACDs, CRMs and trouble-ticketing, offering a comprehensive visual scoreboard for contact center performance management. Data can be viewed on large digital displays, desktop dashboards or mobile devices.
