Replacement or Exchange

  • RMG will accept requests to exchange products purchased directly from Symon Communications or RMG Networks within 30 days from the ship date for the following reasons:
    • The wrong product is shipped by RMG
    • The product is defective, as determined by RMG Technical Support
  • After the first 30 days, products will be repaired or replaced under the terms and conditions of the warranty
  • Payment is required for any price difference that results from exchanging products
  • Vendor’s restocking fee applies for all third-party products
  • All exchanges require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); see RMA Instructions below

Return for Credit

RMG will accept requests to “return for credit” unopened/unused products purchased directly from RMG within 30 days from the ship date

  • Return requests for third-party products are accepted if they are in compliance with the vendor’s return policy and the product is unopened, in original packaging
  • Restocking fees will apply and are calculated according to the following schedule:
  • RMG Products
  • 10% of purchase price
  • Third-Party Products
  • 15% of purchase price or vendor’s restocking fee, whichever is higher
  • Credit issued will be for the item’s purchase price less restocking fees
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refunded
  • All returns for credit require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); see RMA Instructions below

Important Notes:

  • Products damaged in transit are not covered by this policy; it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company
  • For large items that require special shipping and handling (i.e., custom size boards, large monitors, etc.), RMG reserves the right to repair the item at the customer site

RMA Instructions

  • Contact RMG Technical Support at 1-877-789-8324 or via email at support@rmgnetworks.com
  • Provide the RMG invoice number or packing slip number for the product and specify the reason for the RMA request
  • After the RMA request is approved, a “Return Authorization” notification with specific instructions will be emailed to the customer

The “Return Authorization” must be printed and included with returned products; otherwise RMG will refuse delivery.
