The health of RMG’s clients, employees and partners is our primary concern. It is important we all do our part to contribute positively and proactively to keeping our community and businesses healthy. In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, RMG has taking the following steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, employees and partners.
We implemented new travel policies consistent with travel guidance by the World Health Organization (WHO), suspending international travel, limiting unnecessary domestic business travel and limiting visitors to our own offices.
We took immediate increased precautions with office sanitation, following deep cleaning protocols for high touch areas and providing disinfectants and sanitizers for employee use.
Out of abundance caution, we have also instituted a temporary work from home policy for employees to limit person-to-person contact and want to confirm that we are capable of continuing and delivering all operations remotely.
We are working on new methods of service during this time to accommodate our clients’ needs while still prioritizing the safety of our employees.
RMG business travel will only be permitted when critical and essential to directly see, serve or cover our clients in-person, and within the same country where an employee is normally based.
Our delivery and support teams are prepared for virtual client support, and we remain committed to providing superior service throughout this situation.
RMG was scheduled to participate at the Digital Signage Expo 2020 and the associated ALI Digital Workplace Summit in Las Vegas (previously scheduled for March 30). These events have been postponed to later in the summer or fall.
Once we receive a rescheduled date, we will update our clients and partners with relevant information.
We are committed to keeping you informed as we have additional information and guidance.
